I greatly appreciated the service and support Adam offered me and my parents in selling their condo. He was extremely responsive to my initial inquiries and made a site visit within the following day to evaluate the property.

Adam made listing this property remotely possible for us. My lack of proximity was difficult. In the final hours, Adam was able to pull of assisting me with some general housekeeping staging for pending showings and an open house.

Adam's attention to detail ensured the sale went smoothly. This cannot be emphasized enough. His ensuring every detail was accurate even helped to avert a situation related to a rental water conditioning unit post sale when the company came to collect the device.

I would recommend Adam for any real estate listing you have. He was a pleasure to work with. My parents and I appreciate him!

I worked with Adam as a trustee to close a house sale for my brother that passed away just before closing. Adam was there to assist me with quickly assessing the situation as it pertained to my brothers trust and provided coordination with the Title company and the buyers agent. During the few days I had available to travel to Rochester and clean up my brothers home, Adam provided me all the information I needed conduct my activities within my available time frame. All paperwork transactions needed to proceed with the sale went smoothly through the trust and the closing on the original date, proceeded as planned. Adam is hands-down the BEST realtor I have ever worked with, and I've worked with several over the years. He was patient with us as we had very particular needs, and he is clearly very experienced because he was always able to spot something, such as a potential issue, I would want to consider in a house.
