Adam grew up in Bethesda, MD, just two miles outside of DC with his parents & two older brothers. He received his B.A. in psychology (focus on psychobiology) from the University of Virginia in 1997. After college, Adam spent 2 years researching Alzheimer’s disease at the National Institutes of Health. After backpacking in Europe, Adam moved to San Diego where he began his real estate career as a marketing consultant at a small Internet Firm in 1999. After working in sales, service, management & product development, Adam found his niche as a marketing consultant, specializing in search engine marketing for realtors. This is where Adam & his former business partner, Steve, met & began developing their business plan to become Realtors while studying the industry as consultants.

Starting in 2004, Adam joined Prudential California Realty and began working with his first clients. A couple of years later, he moved to Keller Williams Realty and stayed there for 5 years. Spending those years at the “big brokerages” was a great learning experience, but Adam decided to start his own brokerage. In the winter of 2012, 73 Degrees Realty was founded to better service our clients & build a business. Since then, Adam has represented over 150 clients in residential & commercial transactions & has sold over $100 million in personal sales.

As a real estate broker & consultant, Adam specializes in providing personal service with an intellectual touch to his clients, friends, and family. He helps his clients reach decisions by asking the right questions, listening & being patient. With an approach of education, he provides relevant information to his clients so that they are comfortable making informed decisions that meet their needs. Through years of training and experience, Adam has developed into a skillful negotiator that always has his clients’ best interests at heart.

Adam’s family includes his wife Misty and two boys (AJ & Austin). His hobbies include soccer, snowboarding, camping, hiking, cooking, travel, gardening, guitar, motorcycles, spiritual studies and any outdoors activity or sport. He focuses on living green both in the home, office and through various organizations that he volunteers with, such as chairing the annual green homes tour with the San Diego Green Building Council (https://www.sdgreenhomestour.org/).
