Adam’s career spans both the real estate and healthcare industries, where he developed a disciplined, client-centered mindset grounded in evidence-based best practices, clear communication, and accountability. Licensed in real estate since 2020, Adam transitioned into real estate full-time in 2023, building a referral-driven business rooted in trust and long-term relationships. He has closed more than 75 residential transactions totaling over $20 million in sales volume and is known for his advisory approach to contracts, disclosures, and market conditions.
As Broker-Owner of Reach Realty, Adam established the brokerage’s operational infrastructure, including policies, procedures, and compliance standards. He manages vendor relationships and provides hands-on guidance to clients navigating buying, selling, and relocation. A strong researcher and analytical thinker, Adam evaluates financial and market factors to help clients—particularly first-time buyers—make informed decisions in a competitive housing market.
Before entering real estate, Adam worked in healthcare as a Certified Hemodialysis Technician, Chronic ESRD Dialysis Technician, and Certified Biomedical Equipment Technician. In these roles, he provided direct patient care, trained colleagues, and supported clinical teams nationwide. This experience shaped his meticulous approach to documentation, risk management, and quality improvement—skills he now brings to real estate.
Adam is deeply involved in the Westerville community and believes professional service extends beyond the transaction. He serves as Board Chair of My Very Own Blanket, is a graduate of Leadership Westerville (Class of 2024), and currently serves on the Leadership Westerville Board. Adam is also a member of the Westerville Chamber of Commerce Business Advocacy Council, a Westerville Sunrise Rotarian, and a board member of Visit Westerville. He was named the Westerville Chamber Young Professional of the Year (2025).
