In the face of everyday challenges, he prides himself on being dedicated, hard-working, decisive and overly communicative with all parties. He is a skilled negotiator and have been a part of closing over 500 transactions worth in excess of $550 million in the Multi-Family sector. He has also dealt in HUD, NNN, seller carry as well as many low and no money down deals. No matter the type of deal and whether it’s renovations, investment type or strategic timing, I know what it takes to maximize ROI for investors.

Adam is also dedicated to leadership and the success of those with whom he works, and has helped train, grow and lead a team of brokers toward a 400% increase in revenue in a 4-year period.

He is proud to be a volunteer for Denver Active 20/30 Children’s Foundation and is on the board of Hope Communities. He is an active runner and loves playing softball, snowboarding, backpacking and hiking.
