Adam started in the commercial real estate industry in 2005 as a salesperson and through his successes, has attained Executive Vice President level within the company and achieved his SIOR designation. With more than 3,460 members in 42 countries, SIOR represents today's most knowledgeable, experienced, and successful commercial real estate brokerage specialists.
Prior to joining Strauss Realty, Adam was with the same practice group that was Epic/Savage, Newmark and Transwestern commercial real estate. Since 2005, Adam has been involved in over $500,000,000 in transactions ranging from tenant/landlord representation to seller and investor representation. His territory encompasses the entire City of Chicago as well as the Greater Chicagoland Area. Adam represents owners of approximately 1,000,000 square feet, resulting in market knowledge of almost all current and pending transactions in the City of Chicago, providing his clients with unique exposure to multiple prospective opportunities.
Prior to working in the commercial real estate industry, Adam was a vice president at JP Morgan Chase Bank and specialized in business lending and investments. Schneiderman is involved with many business and philanthropic organizations including Association of Industrial Real Estate, Industrial Council of Northwest Chicago, Society of Office and Industrial Realtors, Greater Northwest Development Council, Jewish United Fund, Solomon Schechter Day School, American Friends of Israel Sport Center for the Disabled, Western Golf Association and the Evans Scholars Foundation-Leadership Council.
