Adam Shpritz is the managing member of Ashland Auction Group, LLC (AAG) and Inner Harbor Realty, LLC.

Adam is a second generation member of the Shpritz family’s real estate business. He is a graduate of the Nashville Auction School and has conducted countless public auctions.

Under Adam’s leadership, AAG has grown into one of Maryland’s top Auction & Real Estate firms. AAG is licensed in Maryland and Washington, D.C. with respective offices in Baltimore City and Washington, D.C. AAG has a proven record in selling residential property, land, commercial property, and industrial property throughout Maryland.

Adam is responsible for the vision, planning, and strategy of the company, in addition to the day-to-day operations and the growth of AAG. Adam has over 12 years of real estate experience.

This was my second time using Ashland to sell a “less than perfect” property. Once again, the Ashland team did a great job. I had initially listed this one with a “traditional” real estate broker, but after 2 months with the other broker, we didn’t have any serious offers. After listing with Ashland, it was under contract within 2 weeks, at the price we wanted, and with no contingencies. Adam, Sharon, and the rest of the team were readily available whenever we had a question during the process and they were quick to respond via email or phone - even on evenings or weekends! I would definitely recommend them and use them again.
