Adam Unger

With 13 years of experience in real estate, Adam has gained first-hand knowledge as an investor, property manager, and broker. His unique background gives him specific insight into what it takes to acquire, keep, manage, and maintain a rental property. As an investment specialist, he is passionate about sharing what he has learned through years of experience. Atlas always says they are “owners helping owners” and Adam is exactly that. He currently owns and manages four of his own personal doors and is actively working towards building his own portfolio, while helping his clients to do the same.

Adams can remember his passion for real estate starting at a young age when he would go four-wheeling just to explore the amazing properties on Little Bear Creek Road. When Adam originally joined the Atlas team, he started in a property management position where he managed several hundred properties ranging from single-family residences to apartment buildings. As a property manager, he gained valuable insight by working first-hand with owners to set goals and meet their needs. Adam has no shortage of 5-star reviews and has been said to make your home buying experience “spectacular”.

Adam is a native Coloradan who enjoys his “toys”. His favorite activities include dirtbiking, boat days, Red Rocks summer shows, and snowboarding and snowmobiling in the winter. He loves to spend time with his family and his Border Collie, who people are bound to meet, because she goes with him everywhere.
