Adam was such a pleasure to work with! A friend of mine passed his name along when I was searching for a new apartment and as soon as I reached out to him Adam gave me a call and had everything together for my search portal in less than 24 hours! The next week we toured some places and I ended up finding my new spot that day! He went above and beyond to make sure the process was as smooth as possible for me. He was very responsive the whole time and it is evident that he will do anything in his power to help you to find a place that is best suited for you! Adam was a pleasure to work with and very knowledgeable about the Philadelphia area. I learned things about homes and construction from him during our buying process I had no idea about, now I can’t help but to look for them in other houses. That’s a testament to how deep his knowledge goes, and beyond that he was there for me every step of the way. When I wanted to view a house the same day it went up I called him early and he was there for me. He had answers to every question I had right away, and explained them in ways that made sense. I always sensed that he was working very hard and taking care of things so I could view options at a moments notice. Between his deep knowledge and professionalism I would recommend him to anyone, he found me my dream house and I’ll always be thankful to him for that.

Adam was AMAZING throughout the entire home buying process. As first-time home owners, all of the steps can be really daunting and confusing, but Adam kept us at ease the entire time. He has a deep knowledge of Philadelphia as a resident himself, and did extensive research on each of the neighborhoods we were interested in. Adam made our apartment search subsequent move seamless. We approached Adam with a long list of needs and wants in an apartment, and within hours Adam had a portal with dozens of options set up. The portal was updated daily with new rentals available. Adam added personal notes to some of the options of things he found important for us to note when looking at the description. Adam then went to multiple showings and helped to measure and add input when necessary. Living in Philadelphia, Adam had a grasp on the surrounding areas of the rentals we looked at and shared valuable information about some of the neighborhoods. He was extremely professional and would answer any questions quickly. I would recommend Adam to anyone looking to rent, buy, or sell without a moments hesitation. He helped to make what could possibly be a stressful situation, enjoyable.
