Working with Adaora for the second time only confirmed why I chose her again! Selling my home came with challenges and the timing and market conditions were not in my favor, but she guided me through the entire process with so much patience and steady support.

What I appreciated most was how she respected my goals and allowed me to move forward the way I wanted, while still giving me clear, up to date information about the market. I had a price in mind that was higher than what the market was showing at the time, and she never pressured me or made me feel unrealistic for wanting to try. She always made sure I understood the data, the trends, and the potential outcomes, so every decision I made was informed and intentional. That balance of giving me space while continuing to educate and advise me is something I really valued.

Throughout everything, Adaora stayed communicative, patient, and genuinely invested in helping me get to the finish line. Even during the more stressful moments, she remained calm, thoughtful, and focused on solutions. She truly made the process feel manageable.

As a returning client, I can confidently say Adaora is amazing!!! She is knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cares about her clients. I am grateful for everything she did for me during the selling process and I would recommend her without hesitation!

Adaora is the best! Buying a property when you are out of state is a daunting task no matter how you slice it but Adaora took our wishes and ideas from afar and was able to help us connect with our next home in the DC Metro area.

She sent videos, pictures, toured properties and neighborhoods solo as well as with us present and with her assistance we closed on our next home this month.

If you are looking for a Realtor who knows the DMV that will help you throughout the journey that is buying a home Adaora is your gal!
