About Adell
My interest in real estate began in early 2005; when my Mom advised me to invest in raw land. Who knew that following her advice would lead to many wonderful opportunities where I would eventually pursue a career, and not just dabble in a hobby I found very interesting.
I have always been intrigued with homes- the various types, styles and overall functionality; or lack thereof. In regard to investment properties; I enjoy the challenge of exploring 'out of the box' strategies and determining the highest 'return on investment.' More importantly; taking a closer look at why a property may not reach it's highest potential, and how to overcome these challenges is what 'drives' me.
My real estate career experiences include helping sellers get top dollar for their home regardless of "market conditions", and providing concierge services in the purchase of their new home whether they are moving across the country, out of the country or across the street.
When working with home buyers, my goal is to help them find and purchase the home that best fit their needs and lifestyle at a price that is comfortable for them.
For real estate investors my goal and focus is always 'return on investment'; along with acquisition and liquidation strategies.
Having lived in the Atlanta area for over 20 years; I have resided in Cobb, Clayton, Fulton, and Gwinnett Counties. As a result; I am quite familiar with the majority of neighborhoods, and the lifestyles each of them provide.
Being a transplant and moving to a city where I literally didn't know anyone, made researching and exploring the 'ins and outs' of neighborhoods my main goal. I was raising my son; as a result, schools, home values, community amenities, and monitoring housing market trends became a priority for me.
Both my professional; as well as my personal life experiences have taught me many valuable lessons that I incorporate into my real estate practice. Let my 'knowledge and experience' work for you.
