A Spokane native and WSU graduate, Adrian moved to Seattle in 1996 and has been helping his clients successfully navigate the real estate landscape ever since. With special training in real estate sales, especially new construction, remodeling, raw land, condos and more, Adrian can help his clients make the most of their transaction, whether they’re trying to avoid problems when purchasing property, looking to sell their house for maximum profit, or in the process of developing a new construction project. Adrian’s practical experience with many facets of the industry provides his clients a unique perspective and straightforward approach that makes it easy to decide the best course of action.

Adrian always puts his clients first, taking the time to educate them about the housing market and offering his insights in construction and design to give his clients the full picture. He also has firsthand experience with home construction and remodeling, having built his own home in Seattle’s Green Lake neighborhood. Adrian serves clients across North Seattle neighborhoods, and he is experienced in helping tech workers settle in the area.

In his free time, Adrian loves all things sports, from competing and coaching kid’s teams to attending Seattle’s many pro sporting events. Above all, he loves spending time with his kids, balancing his passion for work with plenty of family time.
