We can’t rave enough about our experience purchasing a home with Adrian’s help. We moved from out of state (during a pandemic!) and he helped to make house hunting smooth and easy. He helped us find our perfect home within just a few days and guided us through the entire process. He did a great job with negotiations and was incredibly responsive to us each time we had a question. As first time home buyers we felt very lucky to be working with him!

Adrian helped us both find and buy a new home, and sell our old home. On the home buying process, he was responsive, helpful, and able to get us into houses on a same-day basis. Once we found the right home, he was invaluable in navigating a tricky sales process. He also provided suggestions for contractors to help renovate the new home and we ended up picking Adrian's suggested contractor! In selling our home, we had an offer on the house the day it went on the market. Through no fault of his, the offer fell through but Adrian remained encouraging and optimistic, and we sold the home a short time later. We are grateful to Adrian for all of his help and guidance through this process!
