Working with Adrian is easy and efficient. In addition of professionnal advices, she is taking care of everything from staging, photos, to dealing with competitives bids... Either selling or buying is becoming fun!! She helped us on three transactions in the last 3 years with the same results: we got the price that we wanted!... and in a very short time! Adrian was recommended to me by a family friend and I'm grateful for that first and foremost. I was told that she was professional and helpful in the homebuying process...that was a complete understatement.

I am a first time homebuyer, doing this on my own. I had done some research but didn't truly understand all that homebuying entailed. Adrian was immensely helpful. She was communicative, kind, responsive, helpful and most importantly, she was my main advocate.

As a full-time clinician and a full-time student, I could count on Adrian to patiently guide me through the process an push for my preferences when talking to the seller. I could maintain my schoolwork and job knowing that she was working behind the scenes to ensure that my needs were met. Not once did I have to worry about things not getting done or being overlooked. Her experience showed - Adrian is very knowledgeable about residential property, repairs, design recommendations etc. Even though realtors are not inspectors or contractors, Adrian has connections to get things done.

My deepest gratitude to Adrian for her diligence and hard work. Even in the midst of a pandemic, she did everything possible to get me into my dream home.
