We worked with Adriana in the winter/spring of 2021 to buy a home. If you know anything about the market at this time you know it’s next to impossible to get an offer accepted. She was super flexible and worked with our odd schedules to see homes when we were able and took us to many a home. Adriana also managed to get 3 of our 4 offers accepted for us, which is unheard of in the current market. We got outbid at the last minute (after our offer had been accepted) on the first home, and walked away from the second home during the option period when it became evident the home had more issues than we were prepared to deal with. Adriana negotiated to extend our option period multiple times which gave us the time to gather the information we needed on the extent of the home’s issues. She also helped us to navigate the decision whether or not to walk from the home and kept communication open with the selling agent during the process. After we decided to walk from that home, Adriana pushed back a vacation to show us our dream home and worked on the contract/offer on the road to her vacation to get us OUR home.

When it came time to sell she gave us solid advice on which updates should be done to minimize our expense and maximize our profit. Our home had offers within hours of listing and went for well over list price within 4 days. She made the process of selling seamless and took care of so many of the details for us.

Adriana is professional, friendly, courteous, and passionate about her work- I highly recommend her!

Working with Adriana has been a great experience. Being a first home buyer was very overwhelming and scary, but she made it be a more enjoyable and an easy journey. She was very patient, professional and explained to me every single part of the process.
