Teresa Kieras is a very professional real estate agent who listened to our specific wants and needs. Since we are from out of town, her knowledge about northeastern area of New Jersey was most helpful. She has always answered every call or email no matter what time of day or night it was. Her professionalism, mentorship, knowledge, honesty, and hard work ethic are much respected and appreciated. We never felt that she was just trying to sell us a house!

Without Teresa’s help, we would have never found a house because of our situation with a previous foreclosure. We were in such a predicament that our old agent dropped us. We were beyond blessed to find her. She worked with us very diligently and never gave up. We put in an incredible amount of offers on many homes and being that we were FHA made it even more difficult. But because of Teresa’s expertise and her amazing mortgage team she was able to find us a place we call home.

When I saw a condo pop on the market that I loved, I spontaneously called Teresa to see if we could go look at it. We went that same night and started the home buying process the next day! After searching all over for an apartment within our range that would be 2 bedroom n take a cat, we found our lovely little apartment in Garfield. Not a complex either. We had Edytka as a realtor. At Thanksgiving they even baked a home made apple cake for all their new customers. They called us up. Bit Was delicious. Friendly office that is personal yet efficient.

When I asked Igor for a realtor who is going to make things happened, he only had one name for me& he was 100 % correct about Aggie.

Agata Kowalczyk aka "Aggie Kowalczyk" is the best! We were first time homebuyers and were not familiar with lot of things. She guided us through the entire process. She went WAY above what any relator would do for you. We purchased a Short Sale home in October 2014 with her. A short sale can be very hard to deal with for first time homebuyer, as there are many pitfalls, however having the kind of realtor who understands the process and is able to help and explain "why and what for" in end is very crucial. She did a lot of the groundwork. She stuck with us every step of the way. We would not have gotten our house if it weren’t for Aggie. My experience with Aggie (Agata) was absolutely wonderful. She is everything one can ask for in an agent and I absolutely will recommend her to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a home. Not only is she very knowledgeable and resourceful but she is also very honest and patient and always thinking of her client's needs and wants. I cannot even remember how many houses we saw or how many towns we drove to or the number of silly questions I asked her but she was always more than happy to assist and always available. She always made sure to provide me with any and all information I needed throughout the whole house buying process to make sure I felt confident and was happy every step of the way. My Fiance and I just purchased our first home and Agata "Aggie" Kowalczyk of ReMax, Wallington was our Realator. As expected Aggie played a key role in our 1st home buying experience and we litterally would not have our house without her recommendations. Becasue she is good at what she does, and does this full-time with an assistant to help with her scheduling, her buisness is always on the go but due to the amount of attention she gave to us as her buyer's I always felt like we were her main priority. Aggie is honest, knows her stuff inside and out and will admit when she doesn't, to the point and aggressive when it is needed in the aggressive real estate industry. She was very accomidating to my Fiance's and mine complicated schedules. Since she is good at what she does - she isn't money hungry, making it her main concern to get you into the perfect home for your needs. We also used most of Aggies recomindations for our inspections, financing, etc. and we equally as pleased with their services!

P.S. we purchased a 2-family home and Aggie is also just as commited to listing and showing our rental and jugding from our home buying expereince we have full faith that she can get our apartment rented ASAP.

I recommend Aggie for couple reasons:

3. The most important she sold the house for more then I initially thought

Now, the reason why I gave Aggie 5 stars is because after we sold the house my wife and I choose Aggie to purchase a house. Now after 2 months of searching she called us about the house that was available for purchase and it was not on the market. The only catch was Aggie could represent us (basically not make any money). Therefore number 1 reason to pick Aggie is Honesty! Which agent would do that for anyone? Simple Aggie!!!!!!!!!!
