In 1998, Agnes Vetter and her husband purchased their first Florida home together and
haven’t looked back since. The welcoming weather, tourist hotspots, and coastal
activities happily attracted her family to Florida’s Gulf Coast.
Holding her real estate license since 1994, Agnes was attracted to the real estate industry
in Florida to help people find their dream homes. Patient and detail-oriented, Agnes
enjoys putting the pieces together for her clients and doing what she can to assist during
their transitions.
Born and raised in Hungary, Agnes moved to the United States in 1989 and pursued a
career in the customer service industry. After 16 years, she made the transition into fulltime
real estate. Her customer service background allows her to be prompt, committed,
and patient, always in search of the right house for the right person.

Agnes specializes in single-family homes, condos, townhomes, and villas with
experience in Pinellas, Pasco, and Hillsborough counties. Currently, Agnes proudly
represents Coastal Properties Group International for the greater Palm Harbor area,
covering Dunedin, Oldsmar, Tarpon Springs, Clearwater, Safety Harbor, Odessa, Trinity,
and North Pinellas County.
