Agnes sold my house when others couldn't! What sets Agnes apart from other realtors is her strong empirical background giving her the ability to recognize trends in the market with greater accuracy and timeliness. My house sold because Agnes, besides her significant skills as a realtor, captured graphically a change in home prices not yet picked up by others associated with the Fairfax County house market. A small change in the market that others had missed cost me a year of time (and money) until I contracted with Agnes. I am grateful for her attention to detail saving me money at closing -finding a mistake in the documents; her sociability skills; and my custom marketing plan. It all came together for a successful, smooth sale of my house. I would recommend her highly to anyone looking for a home, or ready to sell. “There is not enough space to say what a great job Agnes did on selling my house, and then on the new purchase of my new place. Agnes’ service covered the full spectrum – from counseling if/when to sell, preparing the house for sale, including great contractor referrals, always mindful of my budget , how to price the house, cautioning what to expect in a buyer’s market, presenting/staging the house, very adroit, careful negotiations with the buyer (agent), including steering me through the acceptance of the contract, the inspection, including Reston Association inspection, the walkthrough – all of which were stressful for me, and finally to closing. Agnes always had not just a tool kit but a bag of tricks – how to polish my maple cabinets, how to fix a faulty stove burner light, an electric kit to test a light fixture, how to clean vents (she did it herself!) I contacted Agnes as the executor of my father's estate in Arlington, Virginia. We knew each other in high school, and I reached out to her to help sell his house on behalf of the estate.
