If you're looking for dedication and hard work, you've definitely found the right person. Not only does he invest in finding you in place, he also invests in you personally. Your concerns are his concerns and he genuinely goes above and beyond trying to find the best fit for you and your family. He's hard-working and very knowledgeable about the area and definitely gives you his honest opinion on whether or not he thinks the place would be the best home for you.. He's very quick to respond and never leaves you hanging. Being from the area of Hewlett /Woodmere Ahmed is very knowledgeable not only about the homes but about the schools and the neighborhoods. He can definitely guide you in the right direction. I never usually write reviews however whether you're looking for something a little more quaint or on a larger scale which is what usually matters to most agents he invest in you and your family never judging or questioning your budget. He's just looking to find the right home for you. Understanding it can be a long and difficult process he's there with you from beginning to end making sure you're comfortable.
I would definitely recommend Ahmed as your agent to help you find your next home.

Ahmad is not your typical realtor. You can make an argument that maybe he needs to get his head checked for this.

I met Ahmad as a sellers broker.. when I was trying to purchase a co-op. He did all the work my buyers broker was supposed to do for me to help me get this place and make the purchase smooth.. with constant reminders and calls (almost to annoyance, but the good kind)

But that deal fell through, and he became my new buyers broker. He went so far as delivering a pizza for my pizzeria business and then drove my wife to see a property almost 30 minutes away.

We saw so many places, and Ahmad remained patient.. and always wanted us to get settled into a home we felt comfortable in.

After another failed co-op deal.. we were discouraged and were looking to rent.. so Ahmad even took the time to go and check out a couple of rental units on our behalf instead while we were on vacation.

We gave up on that as well.. but finally after 10 months of knowing Ahmad, we settled with a condo after being advised by Ahmad that it will be an easier process than a co-op.. and a much better investment.. which has proven so with a 10% increase in value in only 5 months, during this economy!

Ahmad made the process easy, by providing us with potential home inspectors, a variety of potential lenders, home insurance agents that got us a great deal, and an amazing and patient lawyer that didn’t break the bank… and fought for us every step of the way, allowing us to feel like our hard earned money was in good hands.

After moving, Ahmad had painters, contractors, handymen, cleaning crew.. all on speed-dial for us.. all who spoke highly of Ahmad, and offered us great prices for great work just for knowing him.

To top it off, he had beautiful paintings shipped to us from Turkey which we hang over our master bedroom, and smile every time we see it due to two things: 1) the photo itself touches our heart deeply and 2) our experience with Ahmad was painless and something more than just a business transaction in a day and age where it’s even hard to trust your own blood…

Through Ahmad, we not only gained an amazing broker for if we choose to sell or buy… but on top of that, an amazing friend to our family for many years to come.

If you need a real estate agent who is all about taking action then Ahmad Mohamed is your person! My co-op was such a challenge to sell for various reasons, from the financials not being in a good status, to the board not being responsive to communication. Ahmad did not let that discourage him. He treated my co-op with a sense of urgency. He set up multiple open houses and screen many applicants till he found a person who was willing to pay all cash. He continued to follow up with both parties for 6 months (that's how long it took to close due to my co-op board's slowness). During times of anxiety, Ahmad reassured me that everything would be fine and that he would continue to advocate with the board to get the closing date set. He also recommended a wonderful real estate lawyer who helped me with all the closing documents. All in all, I felt taken care of and am happy to report that I am done with closing!

I never dealt with such a wonderful realtor before. Ahmad did not just take on our listing, he was involved with sale of our home. He helped stage it, helped us pack up things for staging. He put fresh flowers in the house and plants outside. New spring mats outside as well. He did more than just try and sell our house, he made it happen. Ahmad went above and beyond for my family. Our house sold quickly. Whenever I needed him he was a phone call away. What can I say, I would highly recommend him to anyone.

As a realtor Ahmed is the BEST !!! We have a very difficult sale and he was with us the entire step of the way. For years we had realtors knock on the door and leave their cards. But Ahmed stood out he was soft spoken, not pushy and most of all extremely patient. He had buyers within three days of the listing and even though he was soft spoken he knew how to be strong he is extremely polite with everyone even with the most difficult person. Within a short time he became a part of our family. He went beyond the scope of his title in order to help us with the very difficult decision of the sale of our childhood home.
