Aida is amazing! Blessed to have found her. She worked with me for finding and signing a condo to rent in Miami. She knows the area, the rules, she is sharp and takes care of you. I loved that she was tech savvy which made everything efficient and helped my overseas move. For example she set me up with a personal account on the local app set to my preferences, she organized a video tour for me, she assisted with digital routing of documents between multiple parties, and had an amazing turn around on the time to get me in a place, on schedule in this tough miami market. Extremely happy with her recommendations and persistence to follow up and get approvals from external parties. Definitely recommend!

Aida contacted us after we had our home listed as "For Sale by Owner." We really did not want to work with a realtor and already entertained three other realtors who tried to sell us on their business. Aida came in and explained to us how in over our heads we really were. We knew nothing about the market and the 100s of steps we would have to take alone. She explained to us EVERYTHING under the sun day one and left us with her contract.

We didn't even have to question on if we were going to go ahead. We contacted her the next morning bright and early and said DEAL. 8 days on the market and our home was sold.

She was extremely responsive day and night, weekends too. Any question we had she thoroughly explained the ins and outs. Even in the process of buying our home she has been patient with our wants in our forever home.

Aida is the best. We cannot recommend her enough.
