Aileen Murstein

Aileen received a Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University with a major in economics and a minor in journalism. As a resident of New York City she and her husband, Alvin, decided it would be great to raise their family on Long Island. Having worked since she was sixteen, she decided to look for work in the community that she lived. That would afford her time to parent and also use her skills on her job. Aileen and Alvin raised two children on Long Island and now have 5 grandchildren.

After several years at Brackett Realty, she founded East-Brook Realty in 1977. Twenty-five happy years later, the company was purchased by NRT (Realogy) who retained her as the Manager of the East Hills office for the next ten years.

Today, she is proudly an associate broker at the Manhasset office of Compass Real Estate. She feels that she has found her "true home." She believes the marketing cutting edge technology, and world-class reputation are second to none. Whether a buyer or seller, she brings enthusiasm, expertise, reliability, competency and professionalism to each real estate transaction.

She believes in giving back to the community. She is actively involved in the Women's American Heart Association, the Henry Viscardi Abilities School. The Parker Geriatric Institute, Cornell University, The Browning School and the Bronx High School of Science.

Aileen is passionate about her career and loves seeing the happy faces of the clients she has helped. Her goal is to make each sale seamless and stress-free so that you can enjoy life in your new home. It has been her joy to successfully serve two generations of home owners. She hopes to continue to make your real estate dreams a reality.
