Aimee Tiede

Aimee first started in Title and Escrow in Northern California in 2004 and transitioned to Real Estate in 2008 during the downturn in the housing market. Beginning as an assistant to a premier agent who specialized in REO/Bank Owned Foreclosures and Short Sales, over the next several years Aimee gained extensive knowledge in all aspects of listing and selling homes.

Aimee and her husband relocated to NH in 2011 and currently reside in New Durham. Since moving to NH, Aimee has been licensed as a NH Real Estate Agent since 2013 and as an Associate Broker in Maine since 2019.
She works as the Director of Sales for the Nina Fee Realty Team, helping to discover talented great agents as well as train and guide their current Team members, assisting all of their clients with any questions that arise and looking for new ways to market their listings. She helps to oversee each sale to ensure the highest level of professional services for the client through closing and beyond. This high volume of production has fine-tuned Aimee's attention to detail and allowed her to expand her knowledge about the quirks and nuances that make each transaction unique and special. She is excited to bring this service to a more personal level, working one on one in the forefront with her Team and their clients.
