My name is Ainsley Daux a full time Realtor of over 10 years. Prior to my real estate career, I worked in the Administrative health care field and served in the military as active duty personal and a reservist. As a real estate practitioner I work both as a buyer's agent and a listing agent. I've listed and mitigated short sales and non-short sales. As a listing agent I will provide my seller with the most accurate and up to date data for the market analysis. Once the property is listed, I take a very aggressive approach to sell the home which includes: a sign, internet marketing, professional pictures newspaper advertising and just listed cards to the neighbors. As a buyer's agent I have assisted first time home buyers and buyers looking to upgrade and down size. I've also worked with seasoned and beginner investors as well...
