AJ had a buyer that was very much interested in one of my listings. Just as they were going to make an offer on the property, the seller passed away and the home had to go into probate. A j's buyer still wanted the home and AJ, determined to get it for him, continued to communicate with me during the following 12 weeks, at least once a week, but sometimes twice per week, to ask about any updates on my and two, keep me impressed that her buyer was still very much interested. When the property was ready to go back on the market again, AJ and I were able to put together an contract that worked for both seller and buyer and finally got the property to the closing table. Not only is AJ a great communicator but she is diligent, tenacious, kind, and a great problem solver. AJ s a stellar agent, and I'd be happy to do another deal with her any day of the week! Despite the 1 stars from tenants and having been a owner/landlord I would disregard those reviews from unhappy tenants. AJ and her crew have been professional and caring. I am very pleased to share my experience and satisfaction with the services of A.J. Chamberlin for over 9 years of property management for my holdings.
She has a unique talent in assesing potential tenants. Withness to this is I have had only 3 tenants in the 9 year period refecting their content with the rental. She is very pro-active in keeping contact with tenants which keeps small problems from becoming big ones. One proof of this is having minimal clean-up to prepare for a new tenant.
