Despite the 1 stars from tenants and having been a owner/landlord I would disregard those reviews from unhappy tenants. AJ and her crew have been professional and caring. I am very pleased to share my experience and satisfaction with the services of A.J. Chamberlin for over 9 years of property management for my holdings.
She has a unique talent in assesing potential tenants. Withness to this is I have had only 3 tenants in the 9 year period refecting their content with the rental. She is very pro-active in keeping contact with tenants which keeps small problems from becoming big ones. One proof of this is having minimal clean-up to prepare for a new tenant.
