Despite the 1 stars from tenants and having been a owner/landlord I would disregard those reviews from unhappy tenants. AJ and her crew have been professional and caring. They have dealt with tricky situation and difficult people professionally which is worth more than gold to me. As a owner I would recommend Attitude Homes.

I am very pleased to share my experience and satisfaction with the services of A.J. Chamberlin for over 9 years of property management for my holdings.
She has a unique talent in assesing potential tenants. Withness to this is I have had only 3 tenants in the 9 year period refecting their content with the rental. She is very pro-active in keeping contact with tenants which keeps small problems from becoming big ones. One proof of this is having minimal clean-up to prepare for a new tenant.
