AJ DeCristoforo works out of Marcus & Millichap’s Palo Alto office as a multi-family specialist with his partner Jimmy Castellanos. The team has established an extensive track record representing multifamily investors in the Bay Area closing roughly Three Hundred Million dollars worth of real estate volume. The team prides itself on a proactive approach to position clients to take advantage of the dynamic multifamily marketplace. AJ received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Santa Clara University, where he also served on the Executive Board of the Real Estate Association on campus for 3 years. While at Santa Clara AJ represented SCU and took home the crown in the 1st annual NAIOP Silicon Valley University Challenge, featuring other teams from Stanford University, Menlo College, and San Jose State University.
