Ajith Puthanpurayil

Ajith ‘AJ’ Puthanpurayil is a Principal and Managing Partner of Dreamwork Development. He is responsible for the company’s acquisitions team, which actively seeks out value-add properties across Southern & Northern California through various marketing channels. AJ is also responsible for the oversight of all current and upcoming projects, along with our Project Managers.

Over his career, AJ has owned and operated multiple successful businesses ranging from Entertainment to Hospitality before finding his true passion, Real Estate. Upon earning his California Real Estate License, he sold over $10MM in properties during his first two years as a Realtor. Shortly after, he began investing in Real Estate for his own personal portfolio along with investing in flips through multiple entities that he owned utilizing his own capital.

AJ has been actively involved in the Real Estate industry for over six years. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker in California.
