Had an amazing experience working with Akilah Williams--from start to finish! She is very knowledgeable about the co-op process, which includes navigating lots of red tape. Akilah was patient with the millions of questions I asked her on a daily; due to this being my first time purchasing a home. She went above and beyond in her duties to make sure that I felt supported during the process. In moments where I started to second guess my decision to go through with it, she reassured me that everything was going to be alright and took charge when other parties involved were being very lax. I am very grateful for her diligence in helping me secure my first home! 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Akilah was WONDERFUL to work with while searching for our new home! As first time home buyers, we weren't completely sure of the process and which steps we should do in which order, but Akilah helped us through it all and made sure we stayed on track. She was also extremely helpful in coordinating our closing date and all of our inspections once we went under contract. I would highly recommend Akilah to anyone looking to purchase a home in the Tri-state area.
