We hired Al to provide interior decorating services for our newly built condominium in New Orleans. Al went above and beyond to help us sell an investment property. When we decided to list the property there were renovations needed to get the best value for it. Al advised on where our money would have the most impact and helped us find qualified contractors to complete the work. He helped keep the work on track to have the listing on schedule, even getting the tile and following up with contractors! Once the property was listed, his hard work had only just begun! He came up with creative solutions to keep the property relevant and competitive as the market was facing some headwinds. He was helpful and informative as we negotiated with offers and eventually we went under contract. Then a neighbor ran their car through the house causing extensive damage. Al was on the case, keeping the buyers engaged and in the loop on repairs as we worked with insurance. I am so thankful to Al for all he put into the sale of this house!

I’ve bought several houses in my life and working with Al Amacker was exceptional and is by far the best real estate agent that I’ve ever worked with. His market knowledge, relationship-minded approach, promptness, and overall positive energy all contributed to a fantastic purchase and a stress-free situation.
From the start I was impressed with his professionalism and business acumen. I first met Al at an open house on Sunday and he immediately went to work and had showings scheduled for Monday and Tuesday.
Being from out of state my home finding process ended up taking several months to find a place. And I settled on new construction which took several more months to complete. We worked together for 11 months from start to closing. He was able to create an easy-going client-agent relationship that made it very easy for us to work together and find the best options.
Throughout the process Al was always quick to respond and any research needed was done quickly and efficiently. He also knew exactly when to step in as contentious matters arose and I was glad to be relieved of much of stress. He made me feel comfortable with the process and showed a lot of patience as I travelled between states and as I went through the stages of figuring out what I would finally settle on.
It was clear from the start that Al was about more than just the real estate transaction. He was very forthcoming with value added services that could be used to make a place stand out. He has this ability to look at a place and offer design options that will further enhance the property.
Al is now my real estate agent for life, and I will certainly be referring him to any of my friends or coworkers who are in the market.

Amazing Realtor!

My husband and I had just moved to Atlanta to test the waters and we were looking for a rental. We had talked to a friends' realtor prior to our move but she was very unhelpful and I was unsatisfied with her customer service.

Less than a year after Al helped me purchase a new home, circumstances required that I sell it. By then the housing market had a down turn and interest rates had significantly increased. Initially Al staged it with my existing furniture, but that generated very little interest for 2 months. Al facilitated my purchase of a new home and the sale of my old home, both in metro Atlanta. Both transactions were completely quickly and smoothly because of him. With his fun sense of humor, excellent knowledge of real estate transactions and all the related activities such as appraisals & home inspections, and empathy for his clients' situations, he made my transactions as painless and efficient as possible. I met him when he performed the same transactions for my friend, and I was impressed by his home staging talents. So I gave him control over the staging of my home. I believe this is mostly the reason why my home went under contract the first week on the market. The pictures of my home that were published in the listing were beautiful. The people he recommended for preparing the house and yard for sale (painters and landscapers) were excellent and fairly priced. He provided me an accurate home valuation based on comparative home sales and other factors. He replied quickly to my questions and concerns, and helped me make good decisions. Al was great to work with as a first time home buyer!

We met Al at an open house at the beginning of April, 2021. If you know anything about the housing market right now, it is insane. As first time home buyers, we were so glad to have Al helping us through the process. He is extremely knowledgable about the real estate process and has great connections around the city. We saw 6 houses with Al in east Atlanta. He was great at helping us vision what the space could be and was also straight with us when he felt a home was not a good fit for us (and we always agreed).

Al helped us stay on top of the home search even when it was disheartening. Once we found our current house, he crafted an offer that got us under contract (April 22). He was very good at guiding us through the inspection process and helped us all the way to closing (May 24). We are very satisfied about our experience with Al and would recommend him to anyone looking to sell/buy a home in Atlanta, GA.
