Al Brown, Jr.

Al Brown has been in real estate for 50 years. Prior to founding Al Brown Company, Al was Senior Vice President of Real Estate for Sea Island Acquisitions. He is the all-time career leader in total sales volume of Sea Island neighborhoods with career sales totaling over $1.61 billion. He was the listing and selling agent in the largest residential transaction to be closed in Sea Island’s history and the state of Georgia.

A Georgia native and a resident of St. Simons Island for 50 years, Al is a graduate of the University of Georgia with a degree in real estate. Al and his wife Gayle have two grown daughters, Anna and Jordan, and a grandson, Parker. They are members of Sea Island Club and Frederica Golf Club. They attend First Baptist Church of St. Simons Island where Al has taught Sunday School for 40+ years and plays the drums for musical programs. Al is a nature lover and an avid bass fisherman.
