I found Al, because he was the first to respond to my inquiry. He is extremely computer literate, which is great for me, because I work and do almost everything via e-mail. From the offset Al was very enthusiastic, knowledgeable and professional. I was looking for a 'budget priced home' and Al didn't shy away even though the commission would be extremely low. He threw himself into finding the right home for me at the right price. He was attentive to detail even saving me some money on the home owners association fees; something I would've completely overlooked in the hud statement at closing. He was very prompt in following up and chasing people (in the best possible diplomatic way) to expedite my closing and after closing followed up with me to ensure everything was fine.
