Al Heath

Al is the President and Broker in Charge of several real estate companies in the Myrtle Beach area, including South Atlantic Group, New Homes in Myrtle Beach, and Coastal Dunes Realty. In 2016, South Atlantic Group acquired the rights to United Real Estate Myrtle Beach and United Real Estate North Myrtle Beach, covering the entire Grand Strand.

Entrepreneurial in nature, Al is principally responsible for offering solutions to the challenges facing agents in the residential real estate brokerage industry. Providing the latest training, marketing and technology tools to agents, brokers, builders, and developers, his companies have initiated and largely completed the sales and marketing of over 50 developments, including some of the most high profile neighborhoods in the Myrtle Beach area.
