Al Melgoza remembers being 15 when his father a REALTOR suggested he come into the office after school to get involved in the family business if he truly desired to buy his first car and attend his high school's Winter Ball; this was the start of Al's exposure into the Real Estate field. More importantly through a series of experiences early in life Al discovered the true importance of sustainable home-ownership and the significant responsibility real estate practitioners have on the biggest purchase most consumers will ever make.
In leadership positions at an early age (has been Vice President Treasurer and Secretary for various organizations) Al went on to study at the University of California at Berkeley where he focused his studies on Political Economics and understanding how legislative policies have both intended and unintended social and economic impacts on the communities for which there originally directed not to mention the nation as a whole. Al draws from experiences in business development marketing and sales having worked for internet start-ups such as Evite.com C Spot.com and Atelo.com prior to his full involvement in the real estate industry.
Al has been in the real estate industry for over 20 years during his career he has obtained quality training at various nationally known franchises nationally recognized coaching programs worked on the mortgage side of the industry for 3 years and currently serves as a Real Estate Adviser at Realty ONE Group BMC Associates.
Competent in representing clients in marketing their home for sale/disposition of distressed homes (short-sales & REOs) property management assisting home buyers and representing clients in multi-family property transactions; he keeps a balanced perspective and upholds the utmost integrity when practicing in the communities that he serves.
Al believes that professionals must continue to evolve with the ever changing technological landscape in the Real Estate field.
