Al is an exemplary agent. His passion for helping to protect his clients , whether they are sellers or buyers, is superior to many. His honesty is refreshing and there is no doubt his clients come first. I have seen his negotiation skills , he is able to bring people together which to me is a crucial component of being a great agent. Al’s biggest strengths are his composure, knowledge of the area, and professionalism. He was always available to answer questions and offer solutions. One always walks away from a real estate transaction wondering: could I have done better? While that question is almost always unanswerable, I feel confident that Al gave us the best representation that we could have gotten that led us to a favorable outcome.

Al represented a buyer who purchased our house, and he was great to work with. He was knowledgeable about the entire process, provided great representation to his clients and provided good insight during the negotiation process. Al was exceptionally good at communicating to all parties during the sale. If my wife wasn’t a realtor 😊, we would absolutely use Al on future transactions.

Al is amazing..smart, easy to work with, responsive and professional with a really good grasp of the particulars of the market. He provided knowledge, confidence and was very good at coaching us through the process of selling our home as well as advising us how to make our home most desirable to the buyer. He also gave excellent, reasonably priced references to stagers/contractors/repair people when we needed them.
Impossible to go wrong with Al.

My wife and I got to know Al through a number of open houses that he held throughout the Olde Towne East and Franklin Park neighborhoods. When we decided to list our home, we didn't even bother to call another agent. Al's expertise in this area is second to none.

Many real estate agents claim that they will go above and beyond to market and ultimately sell a home. Unfortunately, many simply just slap a sign in the yard, hire a decent photographer, and put the listing online.

Al truly went above and beyond. He hired an excellent photographer and aggressively marketed the property and the open house on a number of different sites (Facebook, Zillow, Realtor, Columbus Dispatch). We had over 60 people through the open house. Al also made some beautiful printed materials of our property for the open house and showings. Keep in mind, these extra costs are on the real estate agent's dime.

If you are buying or selling a home in Olde Towne East or Franklin Park, you would be a fool not to talk to Al first.
