Alaine was a life saver! I was selling and buying at the same time and timing was a key factor. She stayed calm and professional at all times. I was emailing, texting, or calling her almost constantly and she took it in stride. She keeps her “ cool” and sense of humor.

We closed on time even though there were multiple “ hiccups “ along the process ( not on “her” part).

We needed to sell some property after a family member passed away. Sine we do not live in Big Bear we decided to take a drive and find a realtor who can help. After driving around and having some lunch (i mean hey why not make a mini daycation out of it...?? ) We decided to just pick a realtors office and walked in. Alaine saw me right away and was very nice, helpful and upbeat.( First impressions are what usually seals the deal) . This was all a learning experience for us all and Alaine was always on top of it. Once probate allowed us to sell within 2 days we had both lots sold. Alaine always was there for any questions we had and always called, emailed,texted us with any updates. If life brings us back into the Big Bear area we will definitely be working with Alaine again!

This was my first home purchase and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Alaine knows the area and knows exactly what each location offers. She took the time to show me many homes just so I could get a better understanding of what they all had to offer. After finding my home she was great through the entire buying process. It felt like I hardly had to do anything except sign a few papers here and there. She was great at dealing with the sellers and lender, and before I knew it we were finished. My son was searching for his first home in Big Bear, and as a Realtor in the Highland Lakes region of Texas near Austin, I know the necessity of hiring a local agent to get you what you want.
