Alan was instrumental in getting my estate property sold before the market began settling down. He suggested a timeline (which I needed) for me to have the property cleaned out prior to the listing going live. He used his connections and local resources to help stage and otherwise prepare the property. The first weekend he held an open house and the property sold above asking price -- as he predicted -- the following day. Easy to work. He goes above and beyond.
