About Alan

Alan moved to Milledgeville in 1973 with his parents and two siblings, coming from Griffin. By 1976, his family had relocated to a small house on Lake Sinclair. Over the next several years, the lake became a source of great memories for him. As a young boy, he enjoyed fishing, skiing, swimming, and exploring. He and his friends spent every weekend on the lake, camping along the shoreline, skiing in the smooth water coves, searching for Indian artifacts, and fishing in their secret spots. At the time, he had no idea how fortunate he was to live in such a wonderful place, nor did he know how much his childhood adventures would help him in a future career.
In 1972, his father opened Lakeside Realty, where his mother and brother were also licensed agents. In 1996, he joined the family business as a real estate sales agent. His extensive knowledge about Lake Sinclair gained over the years proved to be a valuable asset in helping him sell Sinclair property. Since 1996, he has consistently ranked in the top 5% of all sales agents marketing Lake Sinclair property. In 1997, he led the campaign to implement the first computerized MLS database, and he continues to be actively involved in the development and growth of the Milledgeville MLS. His extensive computer knowledge has proven to be another valuable asset when marketing Lake Sinclair property.
He calls Lake Sinclair HOME and will continue to strive to make it a place where anyone would love to live.
