Alan Longenecker

Alan Longenecker is a co-owner of Rylan Realty Group and a licensed REALTOR in Ohio. He is also a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Ohio Association of Realtors, and the Toledo Board of Realtors. Alan serves the entire Northwest Ohio real estate market, including areas such as Toledo, Sylvania, Oregon, Perrysburg, Holland, Maumee, Rossford, and surrounding areas. He currently resides in Springfield Township with his wife and two daughters.

Alan obtained his real estate license in 2009, and he has been in the real estate industry since 2001. His involvement in the industry has been more than just his employment, it has been his passion since he co-founded Rylan Realty Group in 2006. Alan manages many residential properties actively and is also a real estate investor. His experience in the industry has given him valuable information that not all agents possess, which can benefit clients.
