Mandel has worked in all phases of real estate in Philadelphia—sales, management and development. He has 25 years of experience in the business. Alan brings organization, energy and commitment to his job. He has been extensively involved in community organization and development in the south of South Street area of Philadelphia. Alan is proud of writing award winning grant proposals for home ownership and senior citizen housing which helped to turn around key blocks in his neighborhood.
