Prior to real estate, Alan honed his sales and service skills over two decades in the wholesale shoe business for which he traveled extensively. He can probably tell you all the best small hotel and restaurants in most every city. Besides food, travel and culture, Alan's interests are diverse. He is a founding member of a twelve-year-old BNI chapter in Rego Park, a huge fan of rock and roll, especially Bruce Springsteen, and a diehard Mets and Jets fan since both teams' inception in 1962. Most importantly, Alan has been married to the love of his life, Debbie, for 37 years, and they're still on their honeymoon.
