Our home was on the market for over a year and a half with a real estate company that I will not speak of at this time. However, my husband and I found a great realtor in California, Maryland named Alan Smith. When we met Alan we were very discouraged with the housing market. However, Alan was very professional and sold our home in less than 4 months. He is on top of his profession, and we recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Alan helped me out in buying my first home, with an expert understanding of the VA home loan process, He was always there to answer my questions and concerns (as there were many) I love my new home and look forward to referring all of my friends when they are looking for a new home.
