Alan currently collaborates with sellers and developers throughout NYC and is known for his proactive approach to selling real estate. Whether it is a coop in Midwood or a townhouse in Manhattan, he works hand in hand with his clients to ensure a smooth and successful experience in which the goal is for everyone to walk away pleased and satisfied.
Alan began his career in real estate right after graduating college in 2008. With a degree in business management and finance, real estate was thought of as a temporary venture until the financial sector got back to its feet. Quickly realizing that he had a knack for selling real estate, it became his full-time passion.
Being the youngest agent in his office, Alan was taken under the wing of some of the best agents in the business and taught the ins and outs of selling real estate. He started off collaborating with buyers and tenants and later switched gears to focus on the listing side of the business.
Having sold single-family and multi-family houses, condos & coops throughout Brooklyn, Queens & Manhattan, Alan set his sights on new developments. In 2010, collaborating with a developer that he had previously rented apartments for, he spearheaded the sales at two new condominium developments in South Williamsburg. Since then, he has represented many new developments, both condominium, and rental, throughout NYC. Consulting with developers from the earliest stages of development, Alan helps with the project from its infancy, advising on layouts and design, through to the end of the selling/renting process.
Alan currently lives in Marine Park, Brooklyn with his wife and child. He is an outdoor enthusiast and loves spending time in the Catskills, where he has a vacation home.
