Alan Wootton started his career with Coldwell Banker Commercial Bullard in April of 2019. His initial focus was General Commercial Real Estate, gradually moving towards Buyer Representation and Industrial. His goal is helping people meet their real estate needs with superior service.
Prior to his work here at CBCBullard Alan has owned and operated several businesses. This 30 plus years of running and owning businesses brings a unique expertise in distribution and manufacturing to the commercial real estate business. As a life-long resident of the southside, Alan has seen the Southern Crescent grow from sleepy little towns to the metro suburbs that now make up Clayton, Henry, Fayette and Coweta Counties. This knowledge of the area and its history is invaluable to persons looking to make an investment or relocate here. Alan lives in Jonesboro with his wife Jenny and has been married almost 40 years.
