Alanna Nichols

Alanna was born and raised outside of Rochester, NY, and attended college in Pennsylvania, where she majored in Biology. She moved to the DC area after college and spent time working customer relations for the technology sector, employing her friendly demeanor alongside of her science background to meet client needs. After taking time off to raise three kids, Alanna pursued a career in the real estate field as she re-entered the workplace. Her knowledge of Northern Virginia nuance from a young professional relocating out of college to a busy suburban family looking for the right house to make their home is what makes her stand out as a realtor. Her experience in customer service ensures commitment to the client and unmatched follow-through spanning the entirety of the buying and selling process.

When she’s not showing houses, Alanna is busy juggling the sports and activities of her three kids, as well as finding time to walk the family dog. She enjoys the relatively (it’s not Rochester!) warm weather of the DC area and makes the most of any time available to explore outdoor activities.
