This post is way overdue. Alanna and her team are utterly amazing. We’re a military family that was stationed in Rhode Island with orders to San Diego. We had lived in San Diego previously and knew what we were up against- expensive rents, insane mortgages, disappointing inventory….to name a few. When preparing to move back to San Diego (we had a 15 month old and one on the way 😳) we reached out to Alanna and she made us feel like buying was not out of our reach! Her and her team worked around the clock for us, providing extremely thorough virtual walk throughs (based on our circumstance we were unable to take trips back to San Diego to view homes) and the best advice possible when it came to securing the best rate and loan. We ending up buying our home in Talmadge with Alanna SIGHT UNSEEN and could not have been happier. She knows what she’s talking about with VA loans, thanks to her we were able to use our VA loan AND receive a refund of our fee. I could not recommend Alanna and her team more. We have been in our beautiful home for over a year now and we could not be more ecstatic. She is the best of the best and unmatched when it comes to military specialists.

Alanna is simply amazing. We both bought our condo and sold our condo with her. I didn’t even think about using someone else when we decided to sell. Alanna is more than a realtor, she literally became our friend because she is so caring and motivating. My husband introduced the idea of buying a place and I thought it wasn’t possible. Due to her extensive knowledge and skill with veterans we were in a place in less than 6 months during a crazy market time. We got our condo because she goes above and beyond. There were already two offers and the competition came down to things other than the numbers. She helped us to to stand out. Then when it came to selling our condo we made A LOT of money due to her advice on how to use the market to our advantage. We needed our tenants to to get out early, no problem Alanna handled that. Every other hiccup and snafoo no worries Alanna handled it. You honestly couldn’t be in better hands with her. If only she was in Florida when we bought here. We missed her during that process.

By the time we found Alanna we were basically over the whole buying process. We had a realtor that just wasn’t hitting the mark when Alanna was suggested to us, we thought what the hell, and that was a very good decision. Alanna and her team worked tirelessly, sending us direct listings, and a constant stream of new properties on our online portal. Also she’s just super fun, so it feels more like a field trip. Multiple times she would shove as many properties into one visit to keep up with my annoying schedule.
Finally we found THE place and even better, we got an offer approved. The lender we originally chose gave us a fair but high interest rate. Alanna basically said nah we can do better and got us a way way lower rate. Escrow was flawless and fast even with the lender swap out it was right on time.
So thankful we found Alanna!

Alanna and Acacia were absolutely phenomenal though out the entire process. As a first time home buyer, the prospect of buying a home remotely was definitely intimidating. However, this team is clearly so passionate about what they do and they will help you navigate the process to eventually get the place you want! They had my full confidence touring homes in my absence and they gave me a ton of great advice/guidance when putting down offers. I ultimately ended up getting the perfect condo thanks to their help. Several years ago we purchased a property in Virginia. We used a realtor associated with the property who basically did nothing (due to illness). Alanna ended up putting the whole transaction/deal together on behalf of the local realtor, following VA law (while in CA). It was a very stressful situation caused by the seller’s intransigence. We really wanted the property and Alanna made it happen. Most highly recommended!!

Buying my first home sight unseen from across the country with a VA loan in this market seemed impossible, but Alanna and her team blew me away with how hard they worked and how dedicated they were to my finding the home of my dreams. We listed our first home on a Fri/Sat/Sun and with 40+ showings we finalized an offer on Monday for well over our asking price! Where do I begin?! From the beginning, I was meet with nothing but amazing conversation and GREATLY appreciated help, through the entire process! I was using a different website prior to working with Alanna, then from the first day working with her, I received in an email a link to a website that was customized to me and what I was looking for in a home. This made the process so much easier. Her team is amazing and as a first time buyer, I had a lot of questions. At all times of the day and they didn’t mind answering any questions I had, regardless of how simple it may have been.

With Covid ruining our year, it added extra hurdles. None that Alanna couldn’t face head on. She took every place I wanted to view and set up times to go and view them for me and we virtually toured the properties. As many as I wanted, she was willing to go and show them to me. Because of her career and compassion, I was able to find the home that fits be perfectly!

Alanna, you and your team have my highest recommendation and I suggest you to anyone inquiring about the process. Though lengthy, you all make it easy and the end (closing) makes it all worth it.

Alanna is amazing! She is so knowledgeable of the San Diego area housing market and is so easy to get along with! She is also able to draw from an inside perspective on the nuances of military lifestyle which is so helpful. My house buying process was so incredibly smooth!
