Mr. Benalloun advises management teams, private equity groups, investors, trustees, and creditors on various aspects of acquisitions, corporate finance, reorganizations, and strategic business ventures. Mr. Benalloun’s experience spans a variety of industries, with a focus on real estate, financial services, and business services.
Mr. Benalloun is the founder and principal of Transamerican Development Corp., which has access to a private equity real estate investment fund, which manages over Three Hundred Million ($300,000,000) dollars in investment capital. Transamerican Development Corp. has execution expertise in real estate investment and development and is well capitalized.
Transamerican Development Corp. focuses on urban real estate development, leasing and property management, as well as pursuing premier retail and mixed-use assets in high-density areas. His strategy focuses on identifying and acquiring the best possible “High Street” retail and mixed-use properties throughout urban markets.
Mr. Benalloun studied Political Science with an emphasis in Business Administration at Concordia College in Montreal, Canada. Mr. Benalloum serves on the Board of The Talmudic University of Florida, where he is dedicated to improving the quality of higher education in the Jewish community of South Florida.
