I highly recommend Alberto. This was my first time selling a house. So i was very nervous and didn't know what to expect. From the first meeting I had with Alberto, he made me feel comfortable, and explained the process to me step by step. Not only did he do that, but he had a power point on all the statistics in our neighborhood. Very professional, very down to earth, to the point, and helps out in everywhere. I needed some work done on the house, and he connected me with experience individual with quality work, and a fair price. Alberto is the man. I listened to all his advise, then we put the house on the market. then sold. That easy. Didn't take long at all. I credit him for that. All I did was listen. I got everything I wanted and a little more. I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend Alberto. I will definitely need him in the future and thankful that I found him online. Appreciate the business. I wouldn't be this fortunate without you.

Albert Diaz was my lifesaver. My brother died during COVID. I live in Maryland and was the executor. I was referred to Mr Diaz from my brother’s attorney. Albert handled everything from guiding me in what needs to be cleaned before putting it on the market, to educating me on the real estate values in Chicago Ridge, IL. The condominium was sold with no additional changes. He also calmed me when I was worried. It was wonderful to deal with a kind knowledgeable professional.

Al was recommended to me by various colleagues and friends, and he did not disappoint. Al was extremely flexible and set up an appointment for me with him as soon as I reached out and said I was looking. He helped me to pick out neighborhoods that were good for me and worked closely with my mortgage company to make sure houses I was looking at were possible. He had it set up so that I received emails with updated listings twice daily when I had the time to look, and explained all of the information on the listings so that I understood what I was looking at. He encouraged me to look at houses and I never felt like either of us we’re wasting our time. During walkthroughs he would point out pros and cons of each house as well as share ideas for future improvement. He was able to find me the perfect starter home that wasn’t even on the market yet so the home buying process was smoother and less stressful then I thought. I appreciate how helpful and honest Al was and have recommended him to all my friends and family. I will definitely be using him in the future!

Albert Diaz-NuVision is an excellent realtor! He helped with the sale and purchase of our new home. From day one, initial conversation you know he has the experience and knows what he's doing.

He exceeded our expectations on both the timeline and sale price! There is no doubt Albert will sell your home as long as you follow his recommendations. His attention to detail reflects his experience. He provides the necessary feedback that helps your home standout in a positive way. He walks you though the whole selling process and answers any questions that come up. We Received offers in less than 24 hours and signed our accepted contract within a 1 day of the house being listed. He made sure it was a smooth process.

For our purchase, he listened to our family needs, he knew what we were looking for and made sure we found our home!

Albert always made himself available, rain or shine to show us the houses, answered our calls, texts and emails. Communication was/is always on point and he continues to check in on us to make sure everything is ok and provides the necessary information/advice that we need.

Alberto Diaz was an amazing realtor to work with! He made my wife and I feel very comfortable during the home buying process and was very informative. He always answered all of our questions and made us feel comfortable to express our concerns or to ask a question that we thought of. He was very knowledgeable of the neighborhoods that we were considering and knew exactly what kind of home we were looking for in our price range. He found us a great home in the neighborhood that we wanted for the price that we were approved for. We tried to work with other realtors, but they were not as friendly as Alberto was. I highly recommend that if you were are looking for a realtor to truly guide you through the home buying process than to please consider contacting him. I can not express enough my sincere gratitude to Albert Diaz with the selling of our home. I was impressed with Albert from the beginning to the end of our deal. The amount of attention that Albert put into listing our home was beyond what I expected. I have sold a number our houses before but none of the realtors I previously used came close to the service I received from Albert. Albert is very knowledgeable and all my questions were answered with confidence. I was easily able to communicate with Albert and he always returned my text and/or phone calls promptly.

Albert's market knowledge and experience in market analysis gave us an advantage in this competitive market. Albert took the time to assist us in staging our home and spent two hours taking pictures for the listing. Once Albert listed our home, we had two showing and two offers in less than 24 hrs of being on the MLS. Upon receiving a signed contract, Albert communicated with our lawyer, mortgage broker and the buyers agent to ensure every step of the selling process was completed in a timely manner.
