Albert Saenz is the Broker/Owner of Cadenza Realty in Austin, Texas. Albert has been practicing real estate full time since 2003 and has been a real estate investor since 1996. Before operating Cadenza Realty, he was a broker associate with Keller Williams Realty.

Albert was raised in Edinburg, Texas and first moved to Austin in 1989 to pursue a degree in Electrical Engineering at UT-Austin. From 1993 to 2002, Albert worked in various engineering and management positions at Dell, Micron Electronics, Netpliance and TippingPoint Technologies. His education and experience at these companies give him a strong edge in analysis, negotiations, and project management.

Albert and his wife Karen are big supporters of Austin’s health and fitness community. Albert is a founding and ongoing volunteer of the Run for the Water and has served on the board of the Gazelle Foundation. Albert and Karen met through Gilbert’s Gazelles training group and are proud parents of two strong and spirited girls.
