Albert was recommended to my husband and I through a friend. We contact Albert one night and once we did he immediately started working to help us get our approval, he contacted his preferred loan officer. Getting the approval was so easy! Once we received our approval Albert asked us what we were looking for in our new home, he started sending us homes based on the information we gave him. We meet with Albert to see the homes we choose and that same day we fell in love with our home! He immediately sent an offer, in less than a month from the day we contacted Albert we were closing for our home and we were moved in the same day of our closing! I began working with Albert approximately 6 years ago as he came highly recommended by a friend. I was unfamiliar with the home buying process, I had more questions than answers, and it is fair to say that I was lost. Fortunately, Albert was able to walk me through the process in a language that I could understand. He patiently walked me through the various steps of the home buying process while providing me with an education on terms such as closing costs, appraisals, surveys, FHA vs. Conventional loan options, etc.. Albert even provided me with the pertinent information that is so easy to forget such as what schools were zoned to the address, who to call to set up trash service, what internet options are available, who should I call to set up my utilities, etc. Buying a home can be a scary & difficult process, but when you work with Albert, he does all of the heavy lifting. He truly does serve as the buyer/seller advocate and his hands-on approach makes the process so much easier. When we relocated to Houston from Louisiana for work, my husband and I didn't know anything about the area. Albert helped us find a great house that was close to work and in an awesome neighborhood for way below our budget! With the help of our lender, they even convinced the sellers to accept our offer over another offer that was over list price! We walked away from two other houses we put offers in on due to various issues, and Albert was patient with us the entire time. He was easy to get in touch with when we needed, and he made the negotiations and closing process simple and easy. We are finally in our new home, and we can't thank Albert enough for his help!
