I purchased my home in 2019. Shawn was so patient and professional. Shawn took his time with me and met my list of “wants” and features of a home I would be comfortable residing in. Shawn was able to bid on my house(other buyers was making offers) and I was told in less than 48 hours, that the owners agreed to my offer. Shawn really used his magic!LOL! Shawn made the stressful process of purchasing a home, less stressful. Shawn made me feel supported. I started the process of purchasing in August 2019 and closed on my home December 2019. Shawn provided the right team including loan officers, Adjuster, and others that helped in the process. I will be purchasing another home in 2023 and Shawn is helping me through the process, once again!

Once again, Mr. Atkins and the team at Elite Level Reality went up and beyond to help me achieve my purchase of a new 2nd home. They were "Very professional, On Time & On Point" at every aspect of the process from beginning to the end. Any issues that came up was handled in a very efficient and timely manner which is somewhat normal in the process of buying property, one major issue i did have the team at Elite Level Realty went up and beyond to fix that issue and got the process back on course and made closing a breeze. Any and all real estate business i have will be conducted thru Elite Level Realty i do not just consider them business partners i consider them family, and thru my buying process they treated me like nothing less then family!!!
