Alec helped me navigate the first time home buying process and I couldn’t be more grateful that I worked with him. Alec went above and beyond and was incredibly helpful and personable throughout my experience with him. He showed me several homes before I was in my time frame that I was able to make an offer to help me get a better understanding of what type of places and areas I would like to live in. He also set realistic expectations about how competitive the market is currently and I’d likely have to put several offers in before getting one accepted. I ended up buying the second home we put an offer on because of how he wrote our offer and I didn’t even need to spend an unreasonable amount more than the listing price! Alec made my first time home purchase easy and I would highly recommend him!
