My family and friends have worked with Alex in the past. He helped us purchase a home and he did the same for a couple of our of friends . Alex is very professional, responsive and his experience in this field makes him very good at what he does. When we were thinking we wanted to Refinance our home (lower rates) the first person who came to mind was Alex Lopez. I reached out to him and he helped us through the entire process, we were able to refinance at a lower rate as well as cash out some of our equity to make some upgrades to home. Alex is my go to guy when it comes to real estate or anything related. Carolina Lopez and The Alex Lopez Team is definitely the team you want on your side for your new home purchase. I was referred to Carolina and The Alex Lopez Team by a colleague and I didn’t know what to expect as my wife and I went through multiple agents that didn’t pan out due to lack of customer service. Carolina was different off the start, she immediately made a connection and set a plan for our home buying journey. She set expectations as new home buyers and what was required to qualify for a home loan. After understanding our needs, she began showing us homes throughout the San Fernando Valley and Ventura county. Throughout the home buying process, she kept us informed with the real estate market and helped us understand how to be competitive but within our spending limits. Once we entered escrow, she had a plan with loan funding, home inspection, appraisal and buyer credits. Alex was also in constant communication with our closing process and is probably the best negotiator in the business as he helped us secure buyer credits. After 2 months of home shopping, we closed our new home in Simi Valley, CA, a day before Thanksgiving. I’m still speechless our new home closed a day before Thanksgiving!

Alex Lopez and his team are an unmatched team that comes with a ton of resources to the table. We met Alex several years ago, regrettably at the time my wife and I weren't really ready for the level of investment. Fast forward several years, we met Carolina Lopez, from the Alex Lopez Team at an open house and we began to exchange dialogue, provided some basic information to see what the process was. Let me tell you, when Alex Lopez says he has a Team ready, I mean he has a TEAM ready - they are literally a ONE-STOP shop for your Real Estate buying needs. Alex was very honest and frank, said he has a team ready to provide everything we need, from Mortgage Banks to Escrow, literally everything, or we can look around - we did shop around at some big banks (un-named here) and they weren't all that enticing. Alex worked to get me connected with New American Funding, a reputable Mortgage bank listed by the BBB and other regulatory agencies as a nationally recognized financial institution, major MAJOR plus. Being a VA loan customer, NAF took care of me - rate was far better than any of the big guys with branches - immediate plus for the Alex Lopez Team. That's just one example, but he seriously has a team standing by ready to provide a service. Another example, VA loans require a Termite Inspection and Clearance, HOA was delaying so Alex Lopez got a certified licensed pest control contractor to do the inspection, THEN the HOA stepped in to handle their piece. Rather than waiting around, Alex used his resourceful team to address the blocker and continue with the transaction to avoid further delays. The Alex Lopez Team negotiated with the seller and sellers agent, always keeping me and wife at the center of topic - he went to bat for us, he handled those tough conversations and got us what we were looking for, another major plus for the Alex Lopez Team. In short, I would recommend Alex and his team to anyone and everyone, I gained a home and he has gained a customer for decades to come.

My husband and I highly recommend Alex Lopez and his team. We stumbled into Alex at an Open House in Pasadena. We had been previously working with the realtor that sold our condo but she just wasn't working out as our realtor that was going to find our next home. So we decided to start working with Alex and his team.

Our first encounter with Alex was great; we got to the first house that we were scheduled to walk and Alex was already there - door wide open and ready to show us around. He knew the ins and outs of the house. Answered all our questions and let us explore the house. We knew from day one that Alex was going to find our dream home and he did.

It took us about six months to finally find our new home but it was well worth it. We knew what we were looking for and were extremely picky when choosing the houses we wanted to walk. The most important part of our Buyer/Realtor relationship is that we worked as a team; we had two-way conversations and expressed iu6r concerns when we had them.

Back in August my wife and I were ready to buy our first house, with no knowledge we start looking for it, on an open house we met this real state agent, he was a good talker, show us some houses and eventually we found a really nice place in Simi Valley, we put an offer on it, it was accepted, we put the money down and there we were, just waiting for the process to go trough. A few weeks later the house that was active under contract per our offer was !BACK ON THE MARKET!!! We were shocked, call my real state agent,and he was at a party!!!! And hang up on me!!!! Next week I call the guy and he was saying that there was some paperwork that he didn’t send on time that was the reason, I got upset and fire the guy!!!:( my sister gave me Alex’s number, call him on a Friday on Sunday we went to a few open houses and we found a beautiful house in Oxnard, we put an offer on it, they accepted the offer, and Alex and his team were on top of all paperwork needed, and 40 days later we were moving to our new house!!! ?? We met Alex López in an Open House in Arleta as we were interested in buying our first home. He explained the home buying process in detail giving us the right expectations of the Real Estate Market at the time. Alex was a referral from a family friend and initially, we didn't know what to expect since we had never met. When we met him, he immediately put us at ease about the buying process and explained a roadmap for what we could expect to go through and what challenges we might have throughout the process. Everything he told us was said patiently and he gave us plenty of time to ask questions if we didn't understand something or weren't understanding something.

The buying process was rough at times and despite some significant obstacles we faced, Alex was there on-call the whole time. He was a real help throughout the process both in terms of handling the negotiations and in terms of putting me at ease when things seemed challenging.
